A Taste of Spain

The Lion is delighted to present a special Taste of Spain evening, offering guests an authentic and flavour-filled culinary experience.

The evening will begin with refreshing sangria, accompanied by a selection of delicious tapas. Guests will then enjoy a traditional paella prepared on site by Azahar, cooked in the authentic Spanish style using premium Bomba paella rice.

Diners can choose between a classic chicken and seafood paella or a vegetarian/vegan option—both gluten-free and full of vibrant flavour.
