Autumn Steam Up

Come along to Denny Abbey for their Autumn Steam Up! 

As part of the event the Cambridge and Newmarket 16mm Association will be bringing their live model steam engines to run inside the historic threshing stone barn — a truly unique experience!

Volunteers from the Farmland Museum will also be showcasing their collection of historic stationary engines, offering a fascinating glimpse into agricultural machinery of the past.

Don’t miss this chance to see these incredible engines in action and learn more about our rural heritage!

Combine your visit with a refreshment stop at The Docky Box Cafe where you will find a selection of hot and cold drinks, snacks, sandwiches and ice creams available, plus plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The museum will also be open.
