Duxford Soap Box Derby 2025

Come and join in or spectate at possibly the greatest and flattest soapbox derby in the world and raise funds for Cancer Research UK. The main event is a wonderful chaotic dash around the village by would-be Grand Prix stars racing in anything from a wheelbarrow to an old iron bath.

After the soapbox carts have been registered, there is a grand parade, two children’s races and an adult race. The fun continues after the races with a raffle, auction, live music and food.

Refreshments on the day are available from John Barleycorn and The Plough.

To date the derby has donated £93,543, this year they hope to break the £100,000 mark, so come along and support this great event, have fun and raise money for a great cause.
