On the last Saturday of the month, join Hops & Tails at The Linton Kitchen Bakery for an immersive journey into the world of wild food.
Begin with the coffee of your choice from The Linton Kitchen, where you can enjoy the finest speciality beans from Cambridge's Hot Numbers Roastery, before embarking on a guided foraging walk around Hildersham, discovering the edible treasures of the local landscape - learning how to forage safely and ethically, so you can harvest your own wild ingredients for years to come.
Back in the kitchen, the workshop continues with a cooking demonstration, showcasing wild edibles found locally - creating everything from mocktails and canapés to bakes, preserves, and much more.
Guests also receive a digital ingredient guide, plus Hops & Tails gifts to enjoy at home.
