Gamlingay Eco Hub and Walking Tour

Taking place as part of the Cambridge Nature Festival 2026, this event offers a grand tour of Gamlingay, beginning with an optional guided walk around the village to discover the Gamlingay Community Turbine (GCT) in action. Supplying renewable energy to the village since 2013, the turbine is a fantastic example of community-led sustainability and provides inspiration for similar local initiatives.

The walking tour will also showcase a range of climate-friendly community projects, highlighting how communities can take positive action for nature and the environment.
