For over three decades, The James Taylor Quartet (JTQ) has been a major presence on the UK acid jazz and funk scene. Led by Hammond organ specialist James Taylor, the band has developed a unique sound that mixes soul, gritty funk and film-inspired themes, influenced by 1960s soundtracks and classic rare groove.
