Summer at the Beach - 2025

Summer at the Beach returns with a vibrant mix of visual art, live music, cultural experiences, and delicious artisan food — a must-attend event for all!

This festival showcases the creativity of artists from Waterbeach and Cambridge, featuring everything from ceramics and textiles to film, sculpture, music, poetry, photography, painting and more.

Sound Lab 103 returns with experimental electronic artists creating live sound installations that interact with the industrial architecture. This year’s event will be hosted by the Cambridge based music collective Concrete Gazebo, renowned for their improvisation, sonic exploration and immersive soundscapes they will explore the buildings' history and inherent soundscapes of the spaces.

Enjoy free, drop-in workshops in drawing, singing, dance, bell ringing, percussion, yoga, printmaking, and clay — open to adults and children (with parents/carers).

The popular Pop-up Café is back, serving homemade cakes and snacks throughout the festival weekends.
