Teversham Peafeast

Teversham Peafeast is a much‑loved, traditional village fete that has been bringing the community together for generations. This old‑fashioned celebration offers a full day of music, food, family fun and local pride.

Held on the village green, Peafeast has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere that perfectly reflects the spirit of Teversham. Entertainment throughout the day includes a school choir, two live bands and a magician, providing something for all ages to enjoy.

Visitors can browse a mix of local crafters’ stalls and charity stalls, alongside a great selection of food and drink. The event is ideal for families, with plenty of classic “have‑a‑go” games such as the stocks, splat the rat and spin the wheel. It’s a wonderful place to slow down, soak up the atmosphere and enjoy time together.

One of Peafeast’s defining features is its strong sense of community. Organised entirely by volunteers and supported by local businesses and residents, the event not only offers a brilliant day out but also raises vital funds that are reinvested into village projects and activities.
