Waterbeach Feast

Waterbeach Feast is an annual village fete held on the Village Green, offering a varied programme of activities, entertainment and community stalls. Enjoy games, raffles and a wide selection of food and drink, alongside attractions such as fairground rides 🎡, pony rides 🐴 and an entertainment arena. The day begins at 12 noon with a performance by Waterbeach Brass, followed by live music, dance and a martial arts display.

Local groups and businesses, including the Scouts BBQ 🔥, PTA pop-up café ☕ and an ice cream vendor 🍦, provide refreshments throughout the event, with additional offers and entertainment available from nearby hospitality venues 🍻.

The parade starts at 2pm, travelling along the High Street, around the Green and along Chapel Street before returning to the arena for a prize-giving celebration 🏆 linked to this year’s theme - the letter “R”. The parade is led by Waterbeach Brass 🎺 and accompanied by Baque Trovão Maracatu 🥁, a Brazilian percussion group from Cambridge.

The event also includes a charity collection ❤️ in support of Sam’s Superheroes, a national charity funding research into NORSE and FIRES.
