Located in an idyllic rural setting close to Cambridge (just off the A10), the Farmland Museum and Denny Abbey is a day out for all the family. The independent museum tells the 850-year story of farming and life in the Cambridgeshire Fens. It includes hands-on and interactive exhibits. It's also the location of Denny Abbey, the beautiful former Benedictine monastery, which is managed on behalf of English Heritage.

Combine your visit with a refreshment stop at The Docky Box Cafe where you will find a selection of hot and cold drinks, snacks, sandwiches and ice creams available, plus plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.

The museum is open seasonally from April to the end of October. Please see the website for more information.
