Located in an idyllic rural setting close to Cambridge (just off the A10), Denny Abbey and the Farmland Museum is a day out for all the family. The independent museum tells the 850-year story of farming and life in the Cambridgeshire Fens. It includes hands-on and interactive exhibits. It's also the location of Denny Abbey, the beautiful former Benedictine monastery, which is managed on behalf of English Heritage.

Combine your visit with a refreshment stop at The Docky Box Cafe where you will find a selection of hot and cold drinks, snacks, sandwiches and ice creams available, plus plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.

Find fun and educational children’s toys and books, along with beautifully designed greeting cards and gifts for every occasion in the on-site gift shop

The museum is open seasonally from late March to the end of October half term holiday.

See the website for more information.
