St Helen's Little Eversden is a 14th century church. The organ is listed as Grade 1.

Interesting features include the north porch, dating back to the 15th century and an octagonal bowl font from the 13th century. Some of the glass in the first window on the north side of the nave and in the west window of the tower dates from the 14th and 15th centuries. The choir stalls have been reset from the chapel of Queen’s College, Cambridge and the rood loft stair opening on the north side of the chancel arch.
