Join local re-enactor group Grantanbrycg as they bring the early medieval world to life at Denny Abbey and Farmland Museum.

Watch battle displays as warriors clash in authentic combat, showcasing the weapons, tactics, and armour of the early medieval period. Wander through the living history encampment where skilled craftspeople demonstrate traditional techniques – from weaving and leatherwork to cookery and authentic board games.

There will be opportunities to chat with a storytellers, stamp your own coin, and explore the historic abbey grounds. The event offers something for everyone to enjoy, providing a glimpse into life in East Anglia long before the modern world arrived.
