Charcoal Portrait Sketching & Emotional Freedom Technique

Come and join Jessica and Jen at The Ickleton Lion for an evening of Charcoal Portrait Sketching & Emotional Freedom Technique.

You'll have the choice of drawing a portrait of somebody else, or creating a self-portrait and Jessica will offer some tuition on drawing techniques although you're welcome to freestyle if you prefer.

To compliment this experience, Jen will start off the evening by sharing Emotional Freedom Technique ('Tapping') explaining how to use it to maintain your emotional health and give you an experience of it to boost your artistic self-belief!

All art materials will be provided. The pub will be open for you to purchase drinks and snacks.
