This workshop is a collaboration with with Julie Cleijne and Frank's Farm and is designed to cut through the confusion around healthy and sustainable eating.

Julie is a naturopathic chef and sustainable food consultant, and explores what healthy and sustainable eating actually means, beyond trends, labels, and marketing claims.

This talk will cover common myths around processed foods, organic produce, meat, fish, and plant-based diets, and learn how to make confident, realistic food choices that support your health, UK farmers, animal welfare, and the environment.

It will provide you with information on how to ask better questions about your food choices, and finding an approach to sustainable eating that is achieavable.

Ideal for anyone who wants to eat well, live sustainably, and feel informed rather than overwhelmed.
