Expressive Acrylics Summer School

Join professional artist and tutor Karen Jinks in her studio at Stapleford Granary for a summer school full of colour and creativity!

For 4 days in August, Karen is holding a series of creative classes that explore a different set of skills and processes that you can use to take you on your own creative path.

Suitable for both beginners and artists who might looking for creative inspiration and to improve their skills, each class explores a different skill that can be taken individually, but also link together to form a complete process that Karen uses in her own work.

Try colour mixing, acrylic painting, collage, gelli plate printing, contemporary drawing and more!

Karen’s expressive approach to painting works for many different subject matters, and also helps to deal with creative blocks and fear of failure through easy and fun experimental techniques that allow each student’s own artistic voice come through.
