Festival of Archaeology

Embark on a journey through time at Wimpole Estate during the Festival of Archaeology. Dive into the past on the Family Archaeology Trail and watch the experts from the Cambridge Archaeology Field Group (CAFG) unearth history with on-site excavations .

On the weekend of July 21 and 22, CAFG will be on-site, allowing you to handle some of their discoveries and partake in a fascinating 'Have-A-Go' excavating family activity.
