Martin Bond: A Cambridge Diary

Martin Bond is a professional photographer who has lived in Cambridge all his life. His personal photography project, A Cambridge Diary, saw him post a photograph of his hometown online every day between 2010 and 2023.

The photographs tell a tale of this extraordinary, diverse and multi-faceted city, celebrating and challenging its beauty, juxtaposing tradition and ritual with the candid realities of everyday life.

Martin will be talking about his Cambridge Diary project, his photography and the importance of the viewer in the creative process. Following the talk, he will be signing copies of Light & Shade, the final book of his trilogy, which contains some of Martin's most popular pictures, alongside some of his own personal more obscure and quirky favourites.

Pre-concert food will be available to purchase. Ticket holders will be sent an email a week before the date of the concert with details of the menu and information on ordering.
