The Farmland Museum and Denny Abbey are running a different theme each week of the Summer Holidays. This week is Medieval Week where visitors can train with the Knights at Knight Club and learn how to fight with a sword!

Knight Club will be running once per hour with the last session at 3pm at an additional cost of £4.50, payable on the day. The sessions are for anyone over the age of six… with no upper age limit!

Medieval themed crafts will also be running throughout the day. Crafts include the opportunity to make your own sword and shield from recycled materials!

Combine your visit with a refreshment stop at The Docky Box Cafe where you will find a selection of hot and cold drinks, snacks, sandwiches and ice creams available, plus plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The museum will also be open.

Craft activities are free, but donations to the museum are welcome to cover the cost of materials.
