Artistic Director of Music for Awhile, violinist Maggie Faultless is a leader of The Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment and for ten years was the leader of the Amsterdam Baroque Orchestra. She is Director of Performance at the Faculty of Music in Cambridge and Head of Historical Performance at The Royal Academy of Music.

She co-founded Music for Awhile with Simon Whistler in 1996 as a collective of Europe’s most established early music performers, inspiring audiences with repertoire from the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries using the instruments of the time.

This evening’s programme includes pieces by Johann Sebastian Bach and Maddalena Lombardini.

Pre-concert food will be available to purchase. Ticket holders will be sent an email a week before the date of the concert with details of the menu and information on ordering.
