Sauerkraut Fermenting Workshop

Join Ibolya from The Bubbling Crock for an evening of learning and flavour as you discover how to make sauerkraut — a nutrient-rich condiment packed with beneficial probiotics.

In the first part of the session, you'll learn about fermentation and take part in a hands-on workshop. This will be followed by a tasting session, where you'll get to sample a variety of ferments, dips, and sourdough bakes.
