Sausage Making Experience - 14 April

This 3 hour experience run by Remi from Malloys Craft Butchery is suitable for all ages and a great opportunity to get together with a group of friends, family or a even for a corporate event. 

At this workshop you will learn how to bone out a shoulder of pork, dice, mince, season and spice the meat then using the sausage machine tie your sausages which you get to take home.
