Shelford 5k and Fun Run

Shelford Fun Run is a fast and flat 5k on closed roads through the beautiful Shelford villages of South Cambridgeshire. Starting and finishing on Great Shelford Recreation ground, this event welcomes all levels of runners and is a fun, family friendly event.

There will be a staggered start. The event is chip timed and times are uploaded to the Power of 10 website. A water station will be available at 3k. Runners with buggies welcome.

Plus, new this year inclusive sports champions Power 2 Inspire, are bringing their Super Sensory 1k (SS1k) to run alongside the 5k. The SS1K will involve a 1,000m flat course and, as a truly inclusive event, participants can travel the distance in any way they want, including walking, wheeling and running.

To add to the fun there are five sensory stations along the route: celebrating smell, touch, sight, hearing and taste.
