St John’s Players are a well-established and leading amateur dramatics society in the Cambridge area. They stage three main productions a year, ranging from contemporary thrillers to period dramas, with comedy and other genres in between.
Set in the 1920s, this witty and poignant play by Noël Coward explores themes of love, morality, and societal expectations. It wouldn’t be Coward without his signature sharp wit and sophistication.
Originally premiering in New York in 1925, this play is part of the centenary celebrations for the Townley Memorial Hall, inviting you to step back in time to an era of timeless glamour.
Book via this link or calling the box office between 5pm and 6:30pm - 01223 210737.
St John’s Players meet on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 7.30pm in the Townley Hall in Fulbourn which is also where they perform their shows.
If you are interested in theatre, either on the stage or behind it and whatever your experience, please contact them via the link on the website or come along to the hall.
