The Lion at Ickleton is a community owned freehouse based at the heart of village life, welcoming locals and visitors alike for generations to come.
The pub was first recorded as the Lion in 1728, as The Red Lion from 1800 onwards and re-named again as The Ickleton Lion in the 1980s.
Managers Chris and Vikki have a clear vision for the Lion to be a warm, inclusive space where everyone feels welcome, whether you’re stopping in after a dog walk, catching up with friends over drinks, or enjoying a great meal made from locally sourced ingredients.
