As part of the IWM History Festival, there will be an exclusive after-hours screening of Ghosts of Alderney: Hitler’s Island Slaves at IWM Duxford. 

In this new documentary, artist and Associate Producer, Piers Secunda brings together years of research and eyewitness testimony to reveal new evidence about the atrocities committed by the Nazis on Alderney during the Second World War. 

The screening will be followed by a Q&A with Piers Secunda; Zoe Clough, Associate Producer; Andrew Johnstone, Director of Photography and Associate Producer; and James Bulgin, IWM’s Head of Public History; and Robert Hall, former BBC News Correspondent.
