Natural World Discovery Room

Art and nature intertwine in the new discovery room at Stapleford Granary.

Explore the natural world with interactive displays about the landscape, trees, collecting, birds and the earth beneath us. 

Discover bird song in Twittering Boxes, the secrets of a chalk landscape, how to adopt a tree and look at hundreds of collected objects in tiny glass vials including bones, teeth, feathers, fossils and shells.

Find the Natural World Discovery Room in the Orchard Room in the Stable Block.

Whilst there why not combine your visit with a refreshment stop at the on-site cafe where you will find a selection of hot and cold drinks and freshly prepared breakfasts, lunches, pastries and cakes.
