Nestled in Pembroke Avenue industrial estate off Denny End Road, Milton Brewery has occupied Pegasus House since 2012. The unit is aptly named after its multi-award winning first beer, ‘Pegasus’, and the experienced team takes pride from using traditional brewing techniques to craft the perfect cask every single time.
Milton Brewery established themselves on the Cambridgeshire scene over the course of the late nineties and early noughties, scooping many top awards in both local and national competitions. Their beer is predominantly brewed and supplied direct to pubs, and Milton Brewery believes this is one way they commit to being environmentally friendly whilst remaining true to ‘old school’ brewery traditions.
More recently in 2023, Milton Brewery welcomed customers to its newly opened ‘China Ship Inn’, a converted shipping container with outdoor seating for those wishing to enjoy a pint.
